Think you can’t get a workout with yoga? Think again! In a carefully sequenced class, each pose will allow the body to release deeply held tightness and tension, while gaining strength and flexibility. Be prepared to sweat! Combined with a little music, some candles, and a big final relaxation, what’s not to love? This class is a multi-level class. Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. Bring your own mat, or buy/rent one at the studio.
