Rise and shine and start your day with a mindful yoga practice. Through a series of basic yoga poses and guided breath, this class will focus on mindfulness and the correct execution of poses. A regular practice of yoga increases strength, flexibility and balance, both physically and mentally. This is an open level class especially suited for anyone wanting to try yoga; anyone who has been away from it and would like to return; or for anyone who already has a practice and is looking for an earlier morning option. Please bring a yoga mat to class and a block (if you have one).
