Tai chi is a traditional Chinese martial arts form, practiced widely today for its health benefits. This gentle mind-body exercise class will incorporate slow, rhythmic, dance-like movements, suitable for seniors seeking a fun and safe workout. Emphasis will be on improving balance, coordination, breathing, and relaxation, while increasing strength and flexibility.

Materials fee: $10 for a 100-page illustrated instructional manual
