Anxiety and depression are on the rise, and they are taking their toll on short and long term health.  Meditation allows you to have control over your own thoughts rather than your thoughts having control over you.  A very relaxed state allows your subconscious to rid you of negative thoughts. Learn tools and techniques for meditation on your own.  Students should bring a blanket and pillow to class.
