Make a small baby size quilt with traditional quilt blocks design. The first four weeks we will make the quilt-top, week five will be basting the top, the batting, and the back fabric together, and week six will be starting to quilt the quilt and talk about how to finish the edges. You do not need to use a sewing machine. You will have a choice to sew the seams by hand or on a sewing machine at home. Learn to use standard quilting templates and a rotary cutter for precise and easy cutting, as well as how to work with bias seams. There will be some homework between the classes.
