Positive psychology, the scientific study of optimal well-being, is changing the way we experience happiness.  This interactive workshop will cover its fundamental concepts, providing an array of tools and practices to help you build a fuller, more meaningful life.  Through discussion and exercises, you will discover ways to increase positivity, reduce stress, and develop healthy and fulfilling relationships.  Hands-on activities and journaling will facilitate our exploration of a gratitude practice, mindfulness, and ways to use your inner resources during transitions and challenging times.
