Very Gentle Yoga

This slow-moving, chair-based class uses basic yoga movements linked with breath to improve range of motion, increase flexibility and build protective muscular strength. Accessible to people of all sizes, ages and fitness levels, including those with injuries and chronic conditions. Breathing exercises and meditation techniques help focus the mind to improve relaxation and well-being. Bring a yoga sticky mat to class. Enrollment limited to 14 students.
