The course will focus on the U.S. Foreign Policy interests in Israel, Iraq, Moldava, and Nicaragua, the four regions where instructor Bob Kerr served while working in the State Department.  Class will be based on the memoirs of U.S. Presidents, Secretaries of State and the Defense and National Security Advisors whose terms coincided with Kerr’s service.  Each week will have a different theme, and all discussions will center on the required reading to be provided in advance by the instructor.
