This lecture will review the leading decisions of the 2017-18 Supreme Court term, and explore their likely impact as well as their implications for the direction of constitutional law.  Issues will include the immigration travel ban, anti-LGBT discrimination laws (the wedding cake case), partisan gerrymandering, and international human rights lawsuits.
