Panelists, all former attendees of Scarsdale Schools, with expertise in finance, law, public policy, and medicine, will discuss the history of marijuana legislation, the governor’s proposed adult use program, and the economics of the marijuana industry. Understand the factors involved in the marijuana legalization debate, prejudices and fears concerning proposed reforms, and what has changed since its widespread prohibition 80 years ago. Ample time will be reserved for and questions and answers from the audience.
