Gentle Yoga

This slow-moving, chair-based class uses basic yoga movements linked with breath to improve range of motion, increase flexibility, and build protective muscular strength.  Exercises will be accessible to people of all sizes, ages and fitness levels, including those with injuries and chronic conditions. Breathing exercises and meditation techniques help focus, improve relaxation, and well-being.  Bring a yoga sticky mat to class.
