Positive psychology, the scientific study of optimal well-being, is changing the way we experience happiness.  This interactive workshop will cover its fundamental concepts while providing array of tools and practices to help you build a fuller life.  Through discussion and exercises, you will discover ways to increase positivity, harness resilience, and develop healthy and fulfilling relationships.  Hands-on activities and journaling will facilitate our exploration of a gratitude practice, mindfulness, self-compassion, and ways to use your inner resources during challenging times.
