Bring someone you love to this musical post-Valentine’s Day celebration!  The sirens and sounds of love have been the inspiration for passionate music for centuries.  Acclaimed pianist and lecturer Michael Boriskin leads this steamy session exploring different kinds of love – romantic, physical, religious, spiritual – in the works of Mozart, Strauss, Mahler, Ravel, Prokofiev, Bernstein, and others.  Their music, with or without words, has exerted the power of love’s turbulence, chaos, drama, tenderness, and intensity. This session has a musical rating of “PG” – mostly!
