Feel great with ancient energy techniques! This class will focus on the ancient Chinese techniques of Qigong and Acupressure to help balance general health, reduce stress, and to increase the body/mind connection. Qigong means energy work or cultivation and can be thought of as a moving meditation. Learn an easy-to-do set of exercises known as the Eight Silken Movements. Classes will incorporate gentle stretches and range of motion to warm up the body. It will also feature breathing techniques, meditation, and acupressure self-care.
