Constitutional Implications of Current U.S. Foreign Policy

Recent changes to foreign policy have presented Constitutional questions resulting in some court intervention.  This lecture will cover the legal implications of this administration’s relations with Iran and North Korea, the executive orders and legislation concerning immigration and their impact on deportations, asylum seekers, and “dreamers,” and related policies concerning ISIS and treatment of those suspected of terrorism.
