Introduction to Mindfulness

Learn this time-tested mind-body and heart-centered practice to cultivate ease, well-being and resilience in your everyday life.  Although stress is inevitable, mindfulness helps us remain strong and stable despite the ups and downs life can bring.  The curriculum will include guided meditations and a variety of engaging and effective mindfulness activities and exercises.  You will come away with a comprehensive mindfulness “toolbox” that you can implement easily and instantly to reduce stress and to better navigate life’s challenges.
