Mat Pilates and Core Toning

Pilates is a total body-sculpting system for losing weight and developing long lean muscles. It improves core strength, flexibility, agility and range of motion. Classes are modified to suit your fitness level – beginner or intermediate. Bring a mat and towel to the class (light weights optional). Enrollment limited to 20 students.
