CourseGraphic Blast away soft spots with high intensity cardio bursts! Sculpt a leaner, stronger body with resistance exercises using hand-held weights, bands and your own body weight. This total body conditioning class is fun, easy-to-follow and effective. Enjoy more energy, stamina and looser clothes! ALL levels welcome. Students should bring 3 to 10 lb. weights, mat, towel and water.
