Floor Core And More |
Floor core is a powerful, effective
alternative to traditional weight room training. Students of all
fitness levels will come away with easy to implement techniques that
address core strength, muscle endurance; range of
motion/flexibility, joint stability, balance, and coordination. This
class includes an overview of key Yoga and Pilates concepts.
Solutions for major problems of shoulders, hips, and knees will be
addressed. Bring a yoga sticky mat and towel to class.
