Boot Camp - B Strong. B Fast. B Fit. JUST B.

Strength, endurance, agility, and stability will all be tested in this one-hour high intensity workout! Get ready for the summer! Power your way through the workout and get in the best shape of your life!

Suggested supplies: yoga mat, 2 small hand towels, 1 gym towel, water or sports drink, any small dumbbells from 3-10 lbs. (not required).

This class is intended for students who are physically capable of a high intensity workout!

JEFF BOYER, CSCS/USAT, is the owner of B-Athletics. Jeff has over eighteen years of experience in the fitness industry as a trainer, coach, and manager. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, a USA Triathlon Coach, a USA Track & Field Coach, as well as a certified USA Cycling Coach. He has worked with a variety of clients from athletes and celebrities, to "weekend warriors" recovering from sports - related and other injuries. Jeff is also a two-time Ironman Triathlon finisher.
