Body Sculpting |
For the major muscle groups, these
exercises will increase muscular strength and endurance, and
improve flexibility, range of motion, and body toning using free
weights. Participants will be taught to
exercise safely and correctly. All ages and levels of fitness are
welcome; progress according to ability. Enrollment limited to 18 students.
Bring an exercise mat and 1 lb – 5 lb
weights. |
