Yoga Based Stretch

Not only does it feel good, stretching increases flexibility and range of motion as it releases accumulated tension. This class provides a full-body, non-impact workout using yoga-based exercises and breathing techniques. It will help you achieve a feeling of well being that is both energizing and relaxing. Strengthen your muscles, improve your posture and decrease your risk of injury. Enrollment limited to 18 students.

 Bring a yoga sticky mat to class.

JAN BLOOM is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and Yoga therapist who specializes in helping people with physical limitations and injuries manage their condition. The Westchester Office of the County Executive honored her for a yoga wellness program she developed.
