Mat Pilates |
A total body sculpting system for losing
weight and sculpting long lean muscles. Pilates improves core
strength, flexibility, agility, and range of motion. Classes are
modified to suit your fitness level, beginner or intermediate. Enrollment limited to 18 students.
Bring a mat and towel to the class (light
weights optional). |

trainer/fitness instructor and is AFFA certified and Fitour
certified. Certifications include Pilates, Yoga, and Group
Instruction. |
