This is a basic yoga class suitable for
all levels. The focus is on yoga postures that develop stability,
strength, flexibility, posture, and stillness. Learn how to recharge
your body through simple yoga breathing. Enrollment limited to 18 students.
Bring a yoga sticky mat to

Hatha Yoga instructor. She has an MS degree in education and
movement therapy and is a certified movement specialist. |
