Moroccan cuisine is diverse. This course
introduces students to the mix of Arab, Berber, Moorish, Middle
Eastern, Mediterranean, African, and Jewish influences.
The course
concentrates on the most popular
Moroccan dishes: tagines, couscous, salads, soups, and basic
desserts. |
