Chez Anne-Christine: “Death By Chocolate”

Chocolate has its own language and its own rules for handling. Learn recipes that are elegant and easy; delight friends and family with two delicious meals that include chocolate in almost every bite. Sprinkle
cacao nibs and chocolate chips in every dish you prepare with Anne-Christine.

Come and learn her signature flourless chocolate cake, a delicate chocolate mousse (recipe from a four-star Parisian pastry chef), a surprising appetizer of sea scallops with endive and cacao nibs, and more! Techniques will be demonstrated and cooking tips shared.

Lunch and conversation follow the cooking demonstration. Enrollment limited to 10 students.

ANNE-CHRISTINE ROBINE brings creativity and style to her cooking. She is a fourth-generation cook; her great grandmother owned a restaurant in Brittany.
