Next Stop On The Track: A Workshop For Mothers Of School-Age Children

When our kids move on to their next phase, we begin to ask where we are headed ourselves. This program is for mothers contemplating what’s next and how to get there. Participants will gain an understanding of their personal strengths and values, and the importance of prioritizing and using this information in everyday and long-range decision-making. They will learn to identify self-limiting thoughts, and discover strategies for making creative choices, in a supportive environment.

Tools will include personal assessments, visualizations, experiential learning and brief homework assignments between sessions.

The fee includes an individual one-to-one follow-up telephone session. Class limited to 10.
